fight the fight alone.
when the world is full of victims.

The last time i gloriously loved a band so much i just had to get their freaking album as soon as i got my pay - and that band was Yellowcard. Fast-forward four months to present today and love has struck the musical cords in my heart and pierced through my soul once again and now i am an ALTER BRIDGE groupie! and damn does their debut album "One Day Remains" rock sockz! There is just something distinct about their lyrics and Myles Kennedy's vocals that hits you right there at your warm emotional spot.

Aniways I went to Lilynne's "Cinnabun Tree:American Cafe" at Great World City yesterday wit SyaSya & Jemimah to interview western workers [Social Psychology Project: Discrimination/ Prejudice Against Western Workers] as Lilynne said the place was constantly swarming wit caucasians. Dearest, sweetest Lilynne gave us FREE [hehehe], delicious-&-nicely-warm Blueberry and Banehneh muffin and Ice-Lemon Tea to quench our thirst [but it was more of ME satisfying my thirst].

SyaSya and Jemimah then decided to interview this rather old-looking, bespectacled western guy who was seating at the table behind ours. Apparently the only thing that they could get out of him was "Very good. Yes very good. Everyting is very good." It is either he is afraid of bitching about his local co-workers or he really finds our country a "very good" place to earn a living. I then decided to interview this other western man dressed up casually, looking extremely slacked and relaxed in his bermudas and brightly-happy-coloured shirt, reading his newspaper. His wife was one of those typical chinese woman who marries a caucasion and suddenly and miraculously starts developing a fake caucasian accent. But they were both nice people and they provided rather good feedback so i had nothing against them. Turns out the man is a Deputy Manager at AIA. No kidding. Serious shit. SyaSya then left earlier for she had a date wit her mother. Jemimah, me & *jeng jeng jeng* Eugene who popped up [actually we all knew he was at GWC but we pretended to be surprised at his "sudden" arrival aniways...haha] went to eat dinner. I decided to skip a meal for my tummy was still bulging from the muffins. After that we left for Orchard.

I must say it has been a pretty longggg time since i last hit town and now i finally seem to comprehend why SyaSya says that my sense of style is like that of a mat's. Honestly it is EFFIN annoying to see my clones flooding the Singapore streets wit their pocket chains hanging like metallic tails from their asses and what have you. I would like to get some shit straight. I started wearing a pocket chain not out of the desire to follow a trend that has taken an epidemic influence on our spiritually-lost youths...when i started wearing a pocket chain i had not seen even ONE mat wore it...now the streets are filled wit thugs who wears them. As far as i am concerned the majority of the population of mats in Singapore had ripped off MY style. SUE ME. I dont give a decomposing-penis damn. Well me & Eugene then went around looking for new tees at Heerens and i seriously think it is freaking unfair that there are so many great things to get but i just don't have enough bling2. I NEED A JOB. If there is anyone who knows of any job vacancies out there don't hesitate to inform me. Thank You!

why? because it has been Institutionalised

I become a mass communication student and i end up needing some serious professional psychological help to cure my traumatised mind. Social Psychology tutorial class was a definite bitch man today. Mr. Danny Boey played us this recorded Oprah Winfrey episode that covered on the pressing issue of female inequality and discrimination around the world. That particular episode was addressing this morbidly sickening reality women in africa and arab faced... which is female *sometin sometin* circumsize shit, honour killings and acid spraying. and i bloody tell you it was damn sick to the core! I cringed so many times and I could have internally died right then and there! We are living in such a sick sick world and sometimes i hate the people who lives in it. I can't imgaine how i am sharing the very same oxygen with monsters disguised as humans and they should just drop dead.

saying my thank yous

I wanna thank Splash for offering the most heavenly Mocha Oreo Freeze, and also 4 Leaves for making the greatest hunger-satisfying Teriyaki Mayo Sandwiches...as without these Gifts from God i would most probably have died from starvation in the atrium as i rot in meeting one insane deadline after another...

I wanna thank the Cavana Chicken Rice stall, for selling undeniably yummy Chicken Rice in all its various sauce toppings...as without it i would have been compelled to settle for less delicious, relatively financially-unconscious meals for lunch in school. I also wanna thank the aunties and their helper girl, for making the most mouth-watering Japanese cheese and chocolate pancakes...for without them...my life would simply be incomplete...

I wanna thank Tiffany, Shu Ling and Eugene...for staying up with me the whole entire night till the early break of dawn in our never-ending struggle to finish our suicidal-essays or revise for sensory-overloading tests...you guys let me know i was not alone in the silence of the eerie night and definitely made things seem easier to accomplish when i initially thought i could have jumped down the building from overwhelming stress...

I wanna thank Khairin, for allowing me to sing my hello greetings to her on MSN...and of course for being a great person to have a conversation wit and make retarded jokes and knowing she will laugh at them aniways...muahaha...

I wanna thank Jemimah, for always giving me the pleasure to talk about anything in life with her, and sharing all her poems about disgustingly-sweet love and what have you...you are really not from this century, and i mean that in a good way...

I wanna thank Timothy Neo for never failing to print out all my lecture and tutorial notes as my bloody printer have malfuntioned. If i was not for you, where the hell would i have scribbled down all those important notes. And together with Tim, i would also like to thank my other Gingers, Sarah and Wei Shan, for constantly waiting for me at the busstop, even though they know i am most probably gonna be late for class and that they would have to make a move first aniways...plus there would be less laughter in the air without you guys and your scary retarded ways...

I wanna thank exotic Juliana aka Jules...for being a listening ear and always being there a a friend and making me laugh till i run out of oxygen with all your bloody nonsense...your friendship will always be appreciated you farting-machine...

I wanna thank those 3 unknown young girls who called my name out loud in causeway point from the bottom of the escalator and then giggled n looked away & loudly exclaimed that i was an x-riversidian [wich is true] and kinda followed me to some stores...that was kinda flattering and definitely made my effin day...

To whoever i am missing out...i apologise...but be rest-assured i am ever grateful for having you to colour up my life...

I AM GETTING SO EMOTIONAL ITS SICK

everything is gonna be alright

My mind is in a blissful state of tranquil and serenity, despite the fact that i will not be sleeping again for the entire night as i am compelled to burn the midnight oil in my attempt to complete my Principles of Marketing revision. My attitude towards life has taken an unexpected turn and instead of whining about the unfairness of life and the injustice of it all i have become an optimistic individual ever-ready to face the challenges that has been laid before me. I learnt that the best way to build self-efficacy is by direct experience, and i personally consider writing a 1100-word informative essay for the entire of Sunday and Monday, with only 4 hours of sleep, and slugging the bitch out has definitely given me new found confidence...

e-aw-e-aw-E-AW-E-AW-e-aw-e-aw

I started the beautiful, lovely, celestial day in styleee with my extravagant entrance into school wit my [okok my brother's] Black Toyota Vios...hahaha... ;D The ride to school was the bomb...

Radio Production was also THE BOMB today. It was by far the most retardedly-funnest radio workshop i ever had & also the only workshop i actually took a keen interest in. Yes yes it was THAT FUN! Mr. Yoka is no longer taking us for Radio Production. In his place is Mr. Danny Yeo, one of those teachers who make girls all hot & bothered...[You should have looked at Jules face man. Apart from badly needing to release potentially-fatal toxic fumes into the air, the expression on her face also told me she was having some intense orgasmic pleasure heaven...Jules u screwed teenager...CHEE PENG...muahahaha] So aniways we started the lesson by introducing ourselves. Mr. Danny seemed to have taken notice of me even before i did anything man. Jules started the ball rolling by "voluntarily" introducing herself 1st. It seems she must have felt like angels were watching over her when Mr Danny said that Juliana sounded "exotic" *puking* [hahaha] & that "he loves people who went first"...oh brother...Well my self-introduction was not as eventful...i recall myself saying "I listen to the radio for companionship and good music. A more in-depth perspective on radio is that it plays wit your imagination"...deep stuff heh? wahahaha...

I suggested quite alot of creative ideas today. Like suggesting the name "Chamber of Complete Silence" for the Sound Unlock Room...actually that's the only idea contributed... haha ... erm...Apart from filling us in of all the 3 separate rooms in that whole room itself...we learnt abt Mixers [Freaking cool man. I can now just go there and produce an album like nobody's business...hahaha] & ProTools, which is "supposedly" idiot-proof...but i'm sure smarter-than-your-average-intellectuals like me will screw someting up...blearghhh...oh yeah oh yeah! That retarded game all of us were compelled to play was damn hilarious man. We all had to hold hands and stretch out and think of a distinct sound to make. I ingeniously made my trademark "retarded-excited-giggles" sound which was hell difficult to do, especially when i had to go from softttt and then louddd and thennn soft again...i wont bother to go in2 details abt the game but it was hilariouslah...

After Radio Production class ended me & Tim rushed to block 153 to meet up wit Sarah & WeiShan for our individual consultation meetings wit Mr. Ramani. Of all places Mr. Ramani chose to have the meeting at the stairs, during which he approved my research materials and returned our grammar test papers & paragraph essay. AND IT WAS DAMN DISAPPOINTING LAH. As if my 'D'istinction for my freaking radio script wasnt bad enough [arman, you have a flair for writing but your format is wrong...blearghhh], i just freaking passed my paragraph essay & got 23 1/2 out of 30 for the grammar test...i missed the good old secondary school days when i topped my english papers and got my friends to curse me for making their grades look sooo sooo bad comapred to my beautiful A grades...sighhh...NVM...i'm gonna work my ass off & kick some writcom ass baybay! oooooh such strong new-found conviction! I likeee...

When the consultation was done & over wit, me & my ging gang went to the library. Apparently we have to take our temperatures & get a stupid "im well" sticker & buy this yellow stringy thingee to enter the libray, which we all did. I decided to find more books on cats & damn am i proud of myself for being able to find the books i needed...haha...then i saw Mavis & i helped find her books wit OPAC...but she got fucked-up & wanted to burn the library down cause she just could not find the one last book. Then i met Jules Chee Peng [hahaha] & helped her find her book about Cults. [It seems she really needed to get some shit out of her system man...as in literally] At the end of the day i felt like a fully-qualified librarian...muahaha...

Then then...im tired...want to visit Mr. Bed & have dreams abt vampires & beautiful slayers & powerful lesbian witches & the end of the world...what an attractive thought.... :)

PEACE
